The building is and old Victorian school which was adapted to a living space in the 1990’s. The house was then rented out for a number of years until James purchased in July of last year. What he has achieved in that time has shown real talent and vision and the house is now modern, spacious and homely with some quirky features such as double height space and a ‘draw bridge’ in the spare room. With oak beams striped and restored, double height Cotswold stone windows revealed in the main living area and kitchen this house is something a little unique and special finished to a very high specification.
The wagon wheel light fitting was made and installed by James, please complete the contact form if you are interested in commissioning a similar piece.
